How long does shipping take?
Please allow 7-10 days for shipping.
Where does my order ship from?
Our warehouse is in FRISCO TX
Do you restock items?
We can restock most of our items! We will always let you know if we're selling out of an item that cannot be restocked.
When will my item ship?
Shipments go out on the 5th and 25th of each month. Orders placed between the 1st and 15th of the month, ship on the 25th; orders placed between the 16th and 31st ship out on the 5th of the following month.

What is your return policy?
Due to the type of products being sold, we do not accept returns.
When will I receive my refund?
Any refunds issued will be processed within 14 days of request.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions can be cancelled up to 14 days before the next billing. Log into your account to manage your subscription.
